The CDRC heard reviews for a parking garage for CHOP in Grays Ferry that community members oppose, a residential building in Germantown, and plans to convert an old school into apartments, despite the developer not incorporating community or CDRC feedback into the second review.
3 changes made to the Goals and Guardrails plan include creating a new academic services division, launching 5 year strategic plan Accelerate Philly, and the District moving to a regional model for learning networks to better support schools and families.
