The Franklin Township School Board meets in regular session on the fourth Monday of every month at 6 p.m. The role of the board is to create policy. The role of the Superintendent is to implement the policy through administrative guidelines, directives and daily interactions with Staff, students and the community.

Dr. Lynlie Schoene, who discussed Action Item d), stated that the contractor had done well in previous years. The reason why the EARS contract motioned this year is due to its success with students and the school.
