We are splitting this meeting into two different assignments because the meeting is scheduled for 3 hours. We are hoping to have two Documenters cover note-taking and audio roles for the first half of the meeting, and two other Documenters to cover the second half of the meeting, with 30 minutes of overlapping time to ensure nothing is missed. This is our first time assigning a meeting that is longer than 2 hours, so we would love to hear feedback from Documenters about this process, especially as we prepare for longer City Council meetings to restart in the fall time.

The first assignment block is for the FIRST HALF of the meeting from 9:00am to 10:45am.

The second assignment block is for the SECOND HALF of the meeting from 10:15am to 12:00pm.

If you are selected for this assignment, we will reach out via email with information about your specific assignment block time.

Documenters staff have reached out to the Historical Commission for the Zoom link and will update the assignment page once it’s received.
